General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The following things can be inferred based on the semen analysis report you have furnished.
1. Viscosity is normal.
2. Colour and Volume are normal.
3. Total sperm count is good.
4. Sperm morphology with normal forms of 50% should be fine.
5. Sperm motility with only 5% rapidly progressive and 45% immotile sperms is not good and thus the fertility factor would decrease drastically due to this.
Kindly take medications for a month containing L-carnitine, Aplha Lipoic acid, CoQ10, Lecithin, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc, which may help to overcome the problem. Repeat the semen analysis after a month to look for the improvement.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
